Simple terms.
These Terms form an agreement between you and Arve Tech LLC ("Arve Tech," "we," "us"). By using Clear, you agree to these Terms and Apple’s applicable App Store terms.
Service
Clear creates re-encoded copies intended to remove supported metadata. You remain responsible for reviewing files before sharing them. Keep originals and independent backups of important photos.
Lifetime unlock
The lifetime unlock is a non-consumable Apple In-App Purchase for the current Clear app. Price and availability are shown by the App Store. Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple and may be restored through the app.
Supported files
Results depend on file format, operating-system capabilities and file integrity. Live Photos, RAW files, damaged assets and cloud-only assets may have limitations that Clear explains in the app.
Disclaimer
Clear is provided as available without a guarantee that every metadata field from every format can be removed. To the extent permitted by law, Arve Tech LLC is not liable for indirect loss arising from use of the app.
